About The UN

The UN were an American hip-hop group that consisted of members Roc Marciano, Dino Brave, Mike Raw and Laku. They were best known for their affiliation with producer Pete Rock, appearing on the PeteStrumentals album in 2001 with the songs "Give It to Y'all", "Nothin' Lesser" and "Cake". The same year, the group released their debut mixtape World Domination, which featured production from The Alchemist, Pete Rock, Large Professor, Reef, Mahogany and the group themselves. They eventually released their debut album UN or U Out in 2004.

The group would end up not producing another album, although UN or U Out would be reissued 10 years later on cassette and vinyl. Group member Roc Marciano would go on to have a successful underground rap career, releasing multiple albums to positive reception. Read more on Last.fm.
