The Mixtress

The Mixtress is a female dj from Scotland, currently running a Drum & Bass/ Dubstep night Logika, and eclectic night Brock Out Clubnight both of which are held @ The Reading Rooms, Dundee.

She has been mixing for over 11 years and started off as most old skool djs do, using vinyl ;) But as technology progressed into the digital world, she realized she needed to advance with it. The Mixtress is now using cdj 1000's accompanied by Traktor Scratch Pro 2 to mix at the moment.

As the name suggests 'The Mixtress' mixes almost every genre of dance music, from trance, hard house, hardstyle, techno, minimal, progressive, house and most recent drum & bass and dubstep. She recently started mixing drum and bass, when a friend of hers introduced her to it in summer of 2010, since then she has been on a dnb tip and see's no escape ;)

Currently signed with Paul Hauer Agency, London.

Most recently played on www.shotta.tv, playing an all females drum & bass night.
